QUESTION
What is your pricing policy?

ANSWER
We believe in being straight forward in our prices. We tell you the box price out the door. No maintenance fees, no fuel surcharges, no stop or pickup charges.

Many companies will give the customer a cheap box quote and roll in the extra charges at the end. This is not good business and not a true per box savings to a customer.

QUESTION
Do you offer any incentives?

ANSWER
Yes - We have a referral program. If you use Maine Medical Waste Disposal to service your facility and refer us to another business, company or facility you will get discounted or even free pickups for your facility.

QUESTION
Why should we use a local company for our waste disposal services?

ANSWER
We can't stress enough, make sure you are dealing direct with a local company, many companies offering medical waste services have no ability to provide dependable service. Most of these companies talk a good game but are in fact Brokers with no trucks or transport vehicles, no local presence, nothing more than a telephone and computer. Most reputable local companies will not provide 3rd party pickups for brokers.

QUESTION
Tell us more about contracts imposed by other waste disposal companies?

ANSWER
Contracts are only good if they are renewable on a one or two year basis. Any Evergreen contracts that lock in a generator are most likely not legal. Any company that will not let you out of a contract are not who you want as a provider.

Any company that requires a monthly maintenance fee and also a per box pick up and fuel charge fee are taking advantage and are absolutely overcharging the customer. Better local options are available. Maine Medical Waste Disposal is that better option!
