My blackened salmon
Button
Well Amy and I have made it back home and have decided to go out and try this new place that opened up in the Carolina Forest area behind CVS on International Dr. We noticed that it was coming but didn’t know it had opened until we stopped by. We went in and man was this place nice. It’s decor was simple yet elegant with a bar area with TV’s and all glass to look into the kitchen. The host stand is up front like most restaurants but this is the first time our hostess was rude. She took us to the bar area to sit but the tables where smaller so we asked to sit at another table. She tells Amy that we ruined things by moving, but other than that the service was excellent. We looked over the menu and picked out croissants as our appetizers. Then we ordered our entrees which Amy ordered the baby back ribs with loaded mash potatoes and a salad and I ordered the Blackened salmon with a loaded baked potato with a salad. The croissants and salads came out and let me say the croissants were melt in your mouth with honey butter spread all over and the salad was good as well. Then came our entrees and just to say that Amy’s ribs were awesome is an understatement. Smothered in BBQ sauce, these ribs were fall off the bone good. As far as my salmon goes it was perfectly blacken and tasted great. This is a place that we will go back to and eat at once again.
